Phil is the Owner of Jakubowski & Associates. He possesses c. 20 years experience of P3M across Defence, Aerospace and Energy industries in complex organisations.

Phil works with clients at a senior level, providing deep risk management expertise combined with broad appreciation of related disciplines that is required to offer effective, practical solutions and insights. He has a manner that facilitates positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders, while constructively challenging the status quo. Phil is able to take complex subjects and express them in the language of his clients.

Phil brings multiple perspectives to bear on client engagements, having formed, deployed and applied risk and P3M activities from multiple perspectives of practitioner, assurer, advisory consultant, trainer and coach.
